FACTORY GROUP LLC covers the full chain of heavy work: we extract building materials, use them on our own construction projects and supply them to others.
Our workshop repairs vehicles and machinery — including the trucks and equipment we use ourselves — and we sell cars and commercial vehicles.

Who we are
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU data subjects, the GDPR. We never sell personal data.
Buyers of materials
For sales of sand, gravel and clay we process names and contacts of buyers or their representatives, delivery addresses, orders, invoices and waybills, and drivers' names and vehicle numbers at the quarry.
Quarry access records are used for safety and weight control at the site.
Construction clients and workers
For construction projects we process customers' contacts, contracts, project documentation, and names and entry times of workers and visitors on site, for occupational safety.
Progress photos document the building, not people.
Vehicle buyers
When you buy a vehicle, we process your identity and tax data, contact details, payment and, where applicable, financing details, and the data needed to register the vehicle with the service centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Repair clients
For repairs we process the owner's name and contacts, the vehicle's registration number and VIN or equipment serial number, mileage, repair history and the work order. Vehicle data is used only for diagnosis, repair and warranty.
Sharing and retention
- Recipients: vehicle registration authorities, insurers when you ask us to handle a claim, subcontractors and carriers, bank, accountant, IT providers and state authorities by law.
- Enquiries — 6 months; site and quarry access logs — 12 months; repair orders — 3 years; sales, contracts and accounting — as required by law.
- Website: no cookies or analytics; the form opens your email app; Google Fonts receives your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, or withdraw consent. Write to info@factorygroupllc.asia — we reply within 30 days. Data we must keep by law is deleted when the legal period ends.
You can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. New versions of this policy are published here with a new date.
